Puppymillrescue Inc. and the Beverly Animal Shelter in Waterloo, NY are hosting an event called, “A Bark Heard Around the World” — the event/exhibit will take place on May 17th from 10-4pm at the Yates County Fairgrounds in Upstate New York.
